Remove the following components/assemblies (listed in order, see pages 9 & 10): Engine cover (plastic not shown) Upper shock tower brace Battery cover, tie down, battery, plastic box and tray. Air cleaner / throttle body connector hose and cooling lines Air cleaner. Intake manifold assembly (Important! Immediately cover 3 engine intake ports, oil filler and dipstick openings with tape and supplied caps).
Heat Exchanger Installation (page 17) Assemble heat exchangers (see page 16). Connect upper brackets through existing holes in frame using supplied M8 bolts and nuts. Wiring Harness Modification Preparations.
